VTU CBCS Students Cannot avail One Time Exit Scheme

With Reference to VTU's Executive Council Resolution No.8.6 dated 27-11-2017, Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) has received several representations from CBCS students who are ineligible to join higher semesters (especially from the students who are ineligible to join 5th semester during the academic year 2017-18). The representations were with respect to grant of carry over system or extending the facility of One Time Exit Scheme or conducting supplementary examinations.

These requests were placed before the Executive Council of VTU in its 135th meeting held on 27-11-2017. The Executive Council vide its Resolution No. 8.6 resolved not to consider representations of CBCS students w.r.t. grant of carry over system or extending the facility of One Time Exit Scheme or conducting supplementary examinations.

Hence, it is hereby informed to the Principals of affiliated Colleges to advise the students accordingly and to follow the CBCS regulations meticulously.
