Course outcomes:
On the completion of this laboratory course, the students will be able to:

• Isolate DNA plasmid and quantification of Nucleic acids;
• Perform bio assays like enzyme assay, antibiogram and kinetics of enzymes
• Analyze the products by shake flask culture
