Module-2 Network Theorems 10 hours

Network Theorems:
Superposition, Reciprocity, Millman‘s theorems, Thevinin‘sand Norton‘s theorems, Maximum Power transfer theoremand Millers Theorem.

Module-3 Transient behavior and initial conditions 10 hours

Transient behavior and initial conditions:
Behavior ofcircuit elements under switching condition and theirRepresentation, evaluation of initial and final conditions inRL, RC and RLC circuits for AC and DC excitations.
Laplace Transformation & Applications :
Solution ofnetworks, step, ramp and impulse responses, waveformSynthesis.

Module-4 Resonant Circuits 10 hours

Resonant Circuits:
Series and parallel resonance,frequency- response of series and Parallel circuits,Q–Factor, Bandwidth.

Module-5 Two port network parameters 10 hours

Two port network parameters:
Definition of z, y, h andtransmission parameters, modeling with these parameters,relationship between parameters sets.
