2.UG Fee for Revaluation is Rs 400/- per subject and for Photocopy is Rs 300/- per subject and Application Fee of Rs 20/- per candidate.
3.PG Fee for Revaluation is Rs 3000/- per subject and Application Fee of Rs20/- per candidate.
4.Students must pay the fees as per the instructions issued by the college.
INSTRUCTIONS TO COLLEGE STAFF ENTERING DATA
1.Constantly monitor the applications received from the students, maintain a list of all received applications and their status (data entry done or not done).
2.Students must pay the fee as per the instructions issued by the college.
3.College must ensure that each application is submitted with fee.
4.Take extra care when you enter the email ID and mobile number of students. They will be required to verify the application data as well as receive a photocopy. If there is a mistake in this entry, students will not be able to receive a photocopy.
5.Every application received by you must be entered into the VTU Revaluation Application portal.
6.Keep a record of the received application by taking its print along with the data entered into the VTU Revaluation Application portal by taking a print of the completed application. They must all be numbered and filed so that they can be accessed later. They will be used as reference documents in case there are any complaints from students.
7.Applications must be submitted as per the prevailing practice at the URL https://prexamblr.vtu.ac.in
8.Printout of the applications must be taken and verified for its correctness and arrange to send to the student.
9.It is the responsibility of the colleges to ensure the correctness of the data entered by the college

How to Apply for VTU Revaluation 2020?
Instructions to students:
1.VTU Revaluation Application Form
Students shall submit the applications to the college as per the mode of submission defined by the college.
(i)To apply for revaluation visit https://prexamblr.vtu.ac.in
(ii) Under PG tab, click on the link Revaluation/ Photocopy (Student Login)
(iii) Enter your USN and click on Login to login to the portal.
(iv) You can apply for revaluation from the dashboard.
(v) Enter your details such as USN, Student name, branch code, student type, College.
(vi) Enter revaluation details such as subject code of the subject you wish to apply for revaluation, Select Yes/ No under revaluation and photocopy as applicable.
2.Revaluation Fees
PG Fee for Revaluation is Rs. 3000/- per subject and Application Fee of Rs.20/- per candidate.

6.Keep a record of received application by taking its print along with the data entered into VTU Revaluation Application portal by taking a print of the completed application. They must all be numbered and filed so that they can be accessed later. They will be used as reference documents in case there are any complaints from students.

8.Printout of the applications must be taken and verified for its correctness and arrange to send to the student.
9. It is the responsibility of the colleges to ensure the correctness of the data entered by the college

Don’ts:
1. Students should not make online payment to the university directly.
2. Students should not send their information to the University directly.
Do’s
1. A format with necessary instructions is enclosed.
2. A printout of the application is to be taken and after filling the required data students must submit the application to the college by email.
3. If the printing facility is not available to a student, he / she shall “write by hand all the required data as per application format in a sheet legibly, put his / her signature” and scan the same by using cam scanner or similar mobile Apps or take snap of the same and send it to the college by email.
4. The application has to be filled and send to the college either by email or as per the instruction issued by the college.
5. If there is a provision made by the college to make online payment of revaluation fee, students can make payment of revaluation fee online to the college, if not, they need to make the payment of fee once the college reopens.
6. UG COURSES Fee for Revaluation is Rs. 400/- per subject and for Photocopy is Rs.300/- per subject and Application Fee of Rs.20/- per candidate.
7. PG COURSES – There is no facility to opt for Photocopy, fee for Revaluation is Rs.3000/- per subject and application of Rs.20/- per candidate
8. All the students are eligible to apply for Revaluation in any number of theory subjects.
9. All the students are eligible to apply for Photocopy of answer scripts in any number of theory subjects (excluding the scripts attached with drawing sheets).
Instructions to colleges:
1. As Holidays are declared for the students, the Principals must make arrangements to get the information from the students in the attached format.
2. The attached format must be displayed in the college website along with the mailing ids/ WhatsApp numbers to which the students are required to send their filled in application with their signature.
3. Verify
a. Identity of the student submitting the data for Revaluation and Photocopy.
b. Correctness of the data submitted by the student.
Kindly refer to the format enclosed for other instructions.
This notification is only for collecting data from the students and keeping the same ready for online submission. A separate notification will be released for online entry of data.

PROCEDURE FOR FILING APPLICATIONS:
1. URL: https://prexam.blr.vtu.ac.in for Bengaluru Region
2. URL: https://prexam.vtu.ac.in for Belagavi, Kalaburagi and Mysuru regions
3. Choose Revaluation menu.
4. Use Departmental login Id and password to login
5. The instructions for the submission of application are made available the website. Kindly follow the same
6. Mention candidate's Mobile Number and Email id, as both will be used for further communication with regard to delivery of photocopy, from the University. (Please ensure the correctness of the mobile number and email id)
7. Fee for Revaluation fee is Rs 400 per subject and for Photocopy is Rs 300 per subject and Application Fee of Rs 20 per candidate.
8. All the students are eligible to apply for Revaluation in any number of theory subjects.
9. All the students are eligible to apply for Photocopy of answer scripts in any number of theory subjects (excluding the scripts attached with drawing sheets).
10. The fee collected by the students towards revaluation and photocopy of answer scripts shall be submitted to the Finance Officer, VTU Belagavi through online fee payment mode and the date for submitting the fee will be intimated .
11. Kindly make arrangements to submit the consolidated list of applications before 12.09.2019 to the office of the undersigned.
12. THERE IS NO CHALLENGE VALUATION FACILITY.
Please note:
1. The students should not apply for photo copy in the subjects that
a.Require drawing sheets and
b.Computer aided engineering drawing subjects
If applied no refund will be made.
2. Due to paucity of time, request for Extension of last date for filing applications will not be entertained.
3. Applications once submitted shall be final.
4. After submitting the data, no change request in the data will be entertained.

10. All the undergraduate (B.E/B.Tech) students are eligible to apply for Photocopy of answer scripts in any number of theory subjects (excluding the scripts attached with drawing sheets).
11. The fee collected by the students towards revaluation and photocopy of answer scripts shall be submitted to the Finance Officer, VTU Belagavi through online fee payment mode and the date for submitting the fee will be intimated .
